If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with our 21 Days Yoga Sadhana
Batch (Hath Yog Sadhana program specially designed for newcomers). This foundational course introduces the basics of yoga from the ground up, helping you build a strong and steady practice.
For an online yoga class, the essentials include a yoga mat, a device with a large screen, decent speakers, and high-speed internet. Sometimes, you may also need props like blocks, straps, a chair, or bolsters/cushions to support and enhance your practice.

Yoga is a daily practice, thus, for best results, consistency is key. We offer live classes on all weekdays and strongly encourage you to attend regularly. In case of emergencies or if you’re in a different time zone, please make sure to follow the class recordings(we provide recordings for every live offering). On weekends, we recommend engaging in Swadhyay (self-practice) to deepen your understanding and connection with your practice.
